Anxiety? Stress? Depression?Each of us can experience hard times, but only a few know how to turn it into a starting point for the new life full of happiness. I'm a certified  Counsellor and Life Coach with years of experience, and my mission is to find your hidden potential and give you all necessary tools to develop and grow.


I hold a Diploma in Counselling & Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (Institute of Counselling, Glasgow Caledonian University), Mental Health Therapy (Ofqual certified), Neuro Linguistic Programming, Psychology, Coaching and Nutrition (Quality Licence Scheme certified).

I am also an Accredited Member of Counsellors, Coaches, Psychotherapists & Hypnotherapists professional body.

What is mental health?

Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices.1 Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.

As a Counsellor, I work with clients experiencing a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties to help them bring about effective change and/or enhance their well-being. 

Clients could have issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, loss and relationship difficulties that are affecting their ability to manage life.

I specialised in helping people to identify and achieve their personal goals by coping with the issues that are causing them distress and anxiety. 

Some or the areas I help with are:

Couples & Family Therapy, dealing with divorce, low seft-steem, career and personal life guidance, trauma, stress and anxiety, depression, anger management, any mental health disorders, grief, bereavement and loss.


My aim is to make therapy more affordable to aid people with their life struggles and find a light at the end of the tunnel.
